Flowta, why didnt you just ask me?

I have a whole box......

I didn't think about it at the time. Also difficult for me to get to you during the week.

I'll remember for next time though.

Did you get my PM?

So, will the first name or middle name be Flowta ;-)

He says he still has a few, he's going to send me some pics of what he has tonight

Both, Flowta Flowta, or alternatively Flowta Crankset :)

Thanks for the trouble.

Unfortunately they dont. CWC only had 2 in their workshop spares box no more. Went 2 3 other bike shop and they had nothing.

Got told

"go speak to the guys that deal in classic bikes."

"You can't get them anymore"

Started explaining to one young salesman (and i don't consider myself that old) that I had a square tapered bottom bracket. He repeated in disbelief, "a square tapered bottom bracket?"

He's probably never heard of one before, complete confusion on his face."

Then again he probably doesn't know the connection between a pencil and a tape, or selotape and VHS.

There are still so many square taper bikes tho, I've got 2. They're talking bull, if a shop is really dedicated to servicing all bikes they should have a few.

You could also buy a spare BB and just use the bolts that come with it, Shimano's come with the Plastic washers on them. Usually around R250, But if your build is done and on budget keep hunting :)

Asked for Shimano BBs but none in stock only the cheaper RPM brand. Wanted to get building asap so took it.

Anyway found the ones I was looking for.

I have a crank with a square taper bottom bracket.

I currently have these bolts, which work but don't look so great.

Where can I find a set of these?

Popped into 3 bikes, none have anything
