I often post items with pics from the web, usually from the manufacturer's website. Their marketing departments are better than mine.

I think as long as you're honest about the condition, the prospective buyer could ask for further details and actual pics if they want.

The fact here is that Ronsha has been lynched in no uncertain terms, even after providing the goods because Bman took a chance and then started having doubts. Shame on Bman for rushing into this purchase without satisfying his own concerns and then voicing said concerns in public thus hanging the seller out to dry.

This has been discussed on this very forum hundreds of times.

Rule #1 of internet trading, unless you know the seller/buyer, goods and money must change hands simultaneously. If not, shame on the one that gets screwed for not exercising due diligence. After all, we know dodgy elements exist and it's up to us to ensure we proceed with care.

Frankly I think Bman raised the alarm a little too early and a reputation has been damaged as a result.

I think Oscar should be glad he isn't being tried by a jury of his peers, he would have been executed on Feb 15 2013

Personally i think the hub did well here, if something doesnt sound or feel right we should all know about it.

I disagree, paranoia by a few without substance named and shamed someone long before any deal had been done !

As others says, the buyers should have done their due diligence, verified and satisfied themselves before opening it up to mob justice or injustice in this case.

The seller had done no wrong and delivered accordingly, it was in fact the buyer who did wrong!

Dudes give this a rest now. All parties involved have already cried their cries and said their apologies. This very easily could have gone south as all the tell tale signs of a dodgy deal was there. But seller kept his word and buyer apologised.

No need to troll this tread anymore.

I'd call those scratches pretty minor, generally looks great, enjoy them on your bike!

Disagree. They are ugly and something that the seller should have pointed out!

okes enough with the bashing and looking for an excuse to do some bashing.

Ronsha came through with the deal and replied on here even though the heat was really on. That gives him enough "hub" cred to be treated as a reliable seller.

As requested by several parties, topic closed.
