Awesome pics, thanks for posting them, you had a rather blessed childhood and a cool Dad Maximum!

Do you still have that same bike today?

Damn those Kashmax aero seats are uncomfortable!

Good looking bike!

Maximum, show us that redline, those were always the über bmx , something about them, they were always another class

Yeah...your ass needs to adapt to these seats. LOL

Thanks

x2. I always wanted to race BMX but was forced into playing soccer <_<

Also, we were not by the means then too. The Supergoose I eventually had I built up over a long time swopping out parts etc.

Just had the grips cleaned. Thinking of getting black grips and seat.

I had blue anodized brake levers and callipers like those on my BMX, always struggled to pull them when I was a kid... fingers too short back then. :)

This whole thread brings back so many good memories for me.

Seeing these pictures and reading the replies brings back so many memories.

I used to race at Kadimah in Krugersdorp, and went to the track every day after school.

First raced a Giant, then a Pro Burner and finally Race Inc.

A Patterson was my ultimate bike in those days.

Some of the best days I've ever spent on bike.

Thanks for sharing.

Yeah they are not the most practical levers but they suit these bars.

I am reliving my old memories at the moment. You can too. Hahaha!

Trying to grow the vintage BMX culture.
