I can't be 100% correct though. it's kinda bad that since Erik and Arianne don't compete in the Mixed anymore, we get zero info on the mixed cat.

What I find interesting is his shape on the bike That seat is hugely in the way forcing him very upright and straight legged at times. Also look at his heels- nowhere near down like they should be when descending Again because the seat is so high. Great skills but why oh why ride MTB descents with the seat up like a road bike? Dropper post for the win... So, you're giving a guy who is quite capable of flying down a hill (with his World Champ colours) advice? Surprised you didn't have a go at his bar ends as well. I think he did just fine with his current set up, and I doubt he'd be any faster with a dropped seat post and downward pointing heels.
