Kulharvey beat him by only 30 seconds at the Olympics - not a huge margin at all. And I think Burry was more suited to marathon as opposed to XC.*sigh* I think Burry would have been able to give them all a good run for their money. Such a pity.
Shebeen Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 so I think Kevin Evans ultimate GC ambitions for overall victory must surely have faded by now...at 36 does he go race mixed till he gets to 40 and he can do the masters? (or be like mannie heymans and ride for fun/run a bikeshop)

Such a pity.don't forget that he STUFFED up the start too and had to [ligget]turn himself inside out[/ligget] to catch up to the lead. yup, RIP burry, we miss him and the local vibe he brought to our race....none of the pretenders seem to be close to mixing it with the europros like he did.
