A Grand Tour is gonna be one helluva experience for the guys.

A big cycling lesson.

It'll be a good developmental curve for them.

Excited!

Absolutely! And it's a stepping stone to other Grand Tours.

Bigger exposure, more sponsors, more $$$ to develop our talent.

Africa has arrived!

Be fair now, they have shown across the board, they are more than a one trick outfit. They probably wont even put Ciolek in the Vuelta squad.

Awesome news for Doug and the team - been a long time coming!

Was gutted at their Giro miss, but this is the next best thing and may well actually suite them a bit better?

Hopefully Meintjies and Augustyn can tear up those climbs!

I think so, but I reckon they'll rather target a high overall place and some stage wins in the mountains with the saffa and African climbers (and maybe Linus). Well, that's what I'd plan around if I was the DS.

Agree, I'm sure they will take climbers but they must take Ciolek for the sprint finishes. He is their fastest man.

Yeah I guess one stage win even if on the flat will make it worthwhile.
