Don't forget about nutrition. Eating right is vital to staying healthy, growing muscle and shedding fat.

 

I'm also training for a sub 3 for next year. Need to knock off 25 seconds.

andydude, is this an open invitation. I would love to get some pointers.

 

All I can do is share my hours training and maybe the split between my three zones according to heart rate? Then you can compare. Obviously some can train less or more for the same effect.
