But seriously there are riders in that peleton that have hardly been able to stay in a main Elite bunch or are able to even stay with the Big Guns. Then Pfaffenberger went clear. Janse van Rensburg went after him. Later joined by Kachelhoffer and then later four Barloworld riders sans David. And that was the final compostiion down to he line. Actually, BW attacked MTN off on the bruggie before the false flats of Bains, so it was actually mostly downhill when they went clear. Brentjens, Nic and Ian lost contact tehre, Lange yo-yo'd, came back in - I saw a few handslings, and then BW continued attacking. King Dave was strong - having to piss against the dominators. Craven Posted March 4, 2008 Share Interesting race today.the wind seemed calm initially that is why a whole bunch of people (myself included) were caught out at the back. Once the group was gone the bunch at the back was a little edgy and no team wanted to commit to the chase.Well done to Hanco and Jacques!Tomorrow is another day. Should be fun.
