I thought a cyclist's crack was what you see when the guy in front has really old cycling shorts.... Not a pretty sight!

the last few seconds of this "How to" video is where I suspect many KOM's are secured....Just check the current KOM in for example hill 1 into the Cradle and I see your 78km/h up a hill where I crank away with my fat ass at 18km/h and I look at the rest of your rides and see you;

>have the same race pace as me

>only have one or two KOM's

>ride once a week at 24km/h

 

Then I susppect its acquired with a bit of motorised assistance :eek:

Bwaaah... I'm a benefit of Point 2. Got my only KOM in CT, going down hill, on a windy day, just after Christmas when I'd added an extra 3kgs.

 

I'm on a mission to bulk up (heavier weights fall faster), gain momentum and nail those downhill KOMs on the tar!

Ah yes, the old "forgot to stop recording before jumping in the car to drive home but saved the ride anyway" trick...
