OK. Entered and accomodation paid. Now I really need to hear that there will be other riders in the open seeded group. I came in just under the halfway mark in the Panorama Tour. Anyone?

Ready to start Stage 1. Flippen cold. I have a snot nose - so no gunning anything for me. At registration it was only me (and the admin ladies that wieghed more than 70kg) - clearly the faster guys out here.

Man I suffered today. So glad I am not a pro that turned home with 150km and a huge climb in my legs. The wind was pumping into me with a 8km climb straight ahead at the turn home. We had to get up very early to be packed and transported. Waited in the cold until 9:30! I doubt that more than half of the Open bunch will be back tmrw- it was HARD! I timetrialled for more than 100k. Right now the headcold is winning.

Riding 30+. Mapped the ride beforehand and it looked straight then at 80km down 500m and then kill it to the finish. How wrong could I be! Was tough and that last bit back against the wind was a killer.

I saw the guy in the head to toe Spez gear was 30+ too. Not you?

No. I ride in the black and yellow kit of Complete Cyclist kit. On my mostly black Giant.

You?

Thx for

Talus I really hope you are ok to ride today but please be careful and rather be safe than sorry!

Talus.....hope you are taking it easy and following some C-S. Maybe just go and chillax with the family today.

Thx for caring guys. I did take it easy - got 20 min put into me by the guys I beat yesterday. Going to take it easy again tmrw. Everytime I think it is hard with a blocked nose and the wind pumping, I see the pictures of the guys in the Giro in the snow. Then I HTFU a bit.

White and black Assos gear. Black and yellow Scott Di2 (with a yellow number). 3:09 today on my own - I feel content.

Nice! Wind was interesting. And it's howling now. Tomorrow we race!

I met andydude. He is one of a scarce species: A lesser spotted friendly racing snake. You go dude! I actually felt better today. I would have loved a TUE for Prednisone though...

Midwinter training camp done.
