Regeneration Outdoor and Cycle Lab Tyger Manor will be doing to worskshop evenings in July and August.(Cape Town Only)

 

29 July:

We will work with 2 groups and some subject covered will be:

Beginners we will cover – social riders:

· Will fix own tyre – repairs

· Cover Nutrition and what to eat

· What type for training to do

· Lights to have – safety rules

 

Pro’s we will cover – serious rider:

· Truing for wheels

· Checking and servicing gears

· Servicing Heat set

· Bleed Brakes

· Do full tubeless conversion

 

26 August:

 

Nutrition and Racing preparation

 

 

In September we will be hosting two riding clinics for different levels.
