damnit hagar!!!!! i have an old polar beat - very basic but better than nothing HRM (it just shows your current HR but that should be fine for a beginner). it just needs a new battery fitted. i coulda sent it down with the pedals' date=' cleats and tubby bag!

i have a cardboard bike box - if this is a winner then i'll arrange to fetch it once payment is sorted and i'll pack it. then the only requirement will be the transport. (and in that case i'll pop the polar beat into the box with it)

My first look at this post. If that is a small Giant you could well find the seat post too short. My daughter 1.65m at 81cm inseam had the 350mm post on its max on a TCR small (circa 2000). You will probably need a 27.2mm seatpost of 400mm in length or so to give you enough for inside the frame. Quick steering bike, short top tube, setup could be quite aggressive. I would say bike a bit small for your brave Bonnie as specced.

bike is packed and i did pop the polar beat in, but TS, the 725i is way superior so maybe you should get that to Bonnie and the beat can be given to someone else...

with this little thing of mine I would like a bit of advice on how to spend our balance of 900 ront

I have been offered a HR Moniter and a Bib shorts.

I would say we have a look at R500 for a pair of Road shoes from sportsmans and i got a spare r200 voucher what I could use from  Mr price sports to  get a cycling top  .  that would leave me with  r400  for a helmet  what do you say  ???

100 3400 collected
100 2500 spent
500 900 balance
