Guys numbers here are scary.

I have had a ridiculous year, just didnt quite go as planned! Life happens. Hardly time on the bike. Get 150km in on wkends at best!

Hoping 9 years of muscle memory kicks in!

done the anatomic 24 hour this weekend,,,,im very nervous :blush:  :blush:

Im a buffalo as well, but man there is nothing worse than a total wet day , wet crack and wet kit

 

Then of cause the wet shoes the next morning

Epic Stage 1 was a mess, it was enough for anyone to loose their humour on!!

One can dress appropriately for the cold, but please, no rain!

 

Speaking of cold, I have no idea what to expect.

Exactly how cold are we talking, and how should one dress on the bike?

I imagine that armies and a light gilet wont be enough. Will toe/shoe covers, good gloves and a warm top suffice or does one need full length leggings as well?

 

And then if/when it warms up during the day, what do you do with all your kit?
