Andrew Steer Posted April 20, 2015 Posted April 20, 2015 My emotions are swinging between excited and terrified Not helped by a small hamstring/back of knee twang I developed on Sunday Ditto for me... on our last ride yesterday. Physio says my quad is tight, so it's pulling my knee cap up, which is resulting in the femur rubbing on it - hurts like a mother biatch.Much better already after a physio session and a bit of stretching Would feel a lot better about things if I'd trebled my training mileage
