quick version...how does one downlaod route and take part in races ?

Will be using powerbeam pro with vt software on laptop

select internet routes and then just download the routes from there some have video and at around 1GB some dont and are around 250KB

indeed that was a massive effort from Flippiej at the end to just take it.

those short sharp efforts really hurt me and messed up my rhythm but i can see will do wonders for training.

 

i am glad we got those with desktop working and there was a slight improvement in update speed but still a way for improvement.

Could not take part tonight (Grandkids). Tomorrow definite. Watched the race live, very very interesting. Some of these guys are strong.

i get the goto internet routes, but how do i find the specific rote for teh race, aand then how does one regsiter?

Riiiight! 92% of max heart ave and 248 W ave and I come LAST! There will be Test, Gh and bloodbags! There will be shortcuts and general sculldugery. Thx guys! Best training I have done on a Tuesday night in the middle of winter.

PC worked fine. Joule still not as smooth as Ipad for gear changes but more than good enough for the broombus.

then just follow this forum for links that are posted to the online races, click the link and register or search under start training > online racing for the online races that are taking place.
