Thanks tjom...that is just it, the powerbeam guys(Dave and his merry men) are an awesome bunch to deal with. Lets take that issue on the pc as an example....he listened to the users, made work out of getting a solution and delivered it.

We have a lekker community going now with races...really cool to participate.

Speaking of, what are you guys lus for as the next race....climbing stage / flat TT / Rolling puncheur heaven.??

I would always go for flat, due to my age and fitness/medical, but I think quite a few of these guys are "mountain goats" and they would love the hills.

One day when i'm big i'll be able to join you guys...

Till then i'll just have to keep playing on the rollers.

maybe the next route should be setup from one of the rides on this list...? :whistling:

Here is the kicker....we can actually go an plot a route and do it....the emulating of the conditions will be tricky...maybe a glad wrap mask for altitude sickness

Die lughawe is my guess....if I look at his power numbers he kickstarts boeings for a living

Yep, kickstart is the secret...not boeings though, but a 500 Yamaha scrambler can be a tough nut to get going in winter! (specially if Dave had the better of you the previous night)

Thanks man, must admit wasn't much fun in the last 2km of that race! Don't know if one can see the watts at different stages of the route afterwards, but for most of that last 2km my watts was between 400-500W. My wife had to pick me up from the floor afterwards...
