Mine not picking up... On the iPad choose settings then virtual bike. Choose detail next to the cadence sensor and move toggle switch to on Oh and remember to pedal so that it sees movement ...

And I selected Cadence Sensor.if you have opened the unit up and changed the switch to speed back to cadence then hold the battery in the wrong way around for 30sec, remove battery put it in the correct way and close it up. then try re-sync
