Do u mean the polar H7 strap with the cycleops head unit?

SWISS IM NOT SURE THE MODEL OF THE POLAR I PHONED THE BIKE SHOP AND THEY SAID YES ITS BLUE TOOTH, BUT NONE OF MY POLAR BELTS WORK, ITS FOR THE CYCLOPS/IPAD SET UP

My current polar strap is the H7 and is blue tooth capable, I'll try it tonight with my cycleops head unit, buts a old cycleops HU not the latest version that comes with the power beam.

It works on mine (note its not the latest version of the cycleops head unit)

Stupid question........and don't laugh because my "virtual" training involves a stationary bike with weighted resistance, head phones, towel and a whole lot of silent chanting and swearing.

 

Is it 200-240 W peak power or average power......and for how long (time sustained)? That is my cyclooops question for the day.

That would be for around an hour for us mere mortals. Some of these guys go way above 300 for an hour...

Average,(not so average in this group) more like below :)

 

Average depending on the ride but I can hold it easily for 1:30/2:00 obviously the higher the average over 240 not as long , on cyclops it breaks it down into

Say 30 min 240

5 min 300

3 min 400

40 min 200

And so on it gives you a very accurate b/ down of power ranges
