No rain predicted. Dunno where you're looking...

Does anyone know whether there is secure parking at Lourensford for the duration of the event?

My wife will not be able to drop me off, so I am sleeping over at a friend's on Thursday. Rather than have him drive to Lourensford to drop me off, I would rather just take myself to the start and collect my car on Sunday after the race when my wife comes through to the finish.

AccuWeather Grabouw: Wednesday 2 mm rain

                                       Thursday 10 mm

                                       Friday 1 mm

                                       Sat 1 mm

                                       Sunday 2 mm

Rained on Sunday already, trails are going to be muddy, new brake pads after each day like last year I suppose

That's just enough rain to settle the dust on the trails. Perfect conditions for riding!

Edit:  rode Oak Valley yesterday. There was no sign of rain when we left Perigrine at 1pm after lunch yesterday.
