personally i don't think anyone under 20 should be in a "public" relationship of any sort. simply because all the publicity will put a major strain ont he relationship and at younger ages they don't yet know what a relationship really should be. so my view on this matter is more based on that. i do, however, also believe that an age difference like this when one is a teenager is innappropriate. but it's their choice and if Tom doesn't mind risking looking like a prat and if the little girl's parents feel she can handle it, that's their problem. not mine!
