What are your specific questions you would like Dr Swart to comment on?

Are there non medical ways to treat low testosterone

Does alcohol use aggravate the condition?

What role does other lifestyle challenges like stress / poor nutrition etc play and what would be to most effective non medical way to treat these 'secondary' causes.

Would he have prescribed medical treatment under the conditions claimed/described.

Would he have advised an athlete to proceed with treatment before receiving his TUE in writing.

By BS not receiving a TUE, could we expect consistent rulings regarding Testosterone TUE's in future.

Hmm you are contradicting yourself then....Earpie just said that there is no way if your levels are that low...and you agreed?

Surely the Doc would have suggested that.....and how do you know what he tried and did not and he does not need to or maybe want to disclose that info.....

You do know that you are implying that he is an alcoholic?

How would you feel if people said things like that about you?

I am not implying anything. Pro's are in the public eye. I would not have even thought about eliminating alcohol as a possible remedy if I have seen and heard what I did.

How much he drinks is none of my business, but if it is a possible cause / aggravating factor it would be prudent to eliminate alcohol completely. It would be very easy to do if you are a social drinker.

As I said in my earlier post, I have similar issues, and mine is caused by faulty regulation of hormone levels in my brain. Nothing I can do to fix it in a lifestyle way. (now if only I could stop those vvoiiiiices)

I accept that, but would mild alcohol use complicate things ito treatment/ aggravate the condition?

Holy mackerel, OK we all concede.

He got a slap tjop from dop.

Brandon, please stop drinking any alcohol from immediate effect and start snorting honey.

Please note, only fancy packaged honey in a rebranded butter container will do the job.

If this was diabetes and he was taking in a kg of sugar a week with his insulin we would all be raising our eyebrows.

Thanks, but I am not sure how credible huffpost is on medical advice. A lot of common sense there though. I've been trying to get some info in medical journals about this, but have not had time to get into it.

How dare you
