stringbean Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 Ignore those BMI tables,load of crap they are.If you want to see if you are overweight take your height in cm and subtract 100 and that is about what your weight should be.If your height is 176cm then you should weigh around 76kg.Easy.
