Jip, I have been taking my version of the BPC (but I add Nomu to it as well for my version of a chocochino BPC). If you are on the LCHF lifestyle (like me for just over 2years now) this is a great way to get your daily % of fat up. I aim for a 80% fat so this is a nice early morning bump in the right direction. Honestly, it does taste great. In mine is 50ml CO, 25g KG butter, 75ml cream, 0.5 Nomu Skinny & 1 cup java. Fantastic! Edit.... if you are not on LCHF I do not see the need for the BPC.

this diet has too many abbreviations for my liking...no wonder people are losing weight - by the time you have figured out what all the letters mean, you have skipped a couple of meals already....

Oh no you don't.... we drink coffee for the taste.... not for the nutrition....

Amen brother. Anyone who tries to sneak butter into my java gets a high 5. To the face. With a brick.

My BP coffee,

home made butter, I know it's good, because I make it from my own cows milk, 30-40g,

coconut oil 30-40g, so much goodness in the cold pressed coconut oil, rather than MCT oil, that is made who knows how,

50g fresh cream, so thick it cannot be poured

50ml full cream raw milk, fresh from the cows,

1 double shot espresso

Not to every-ones taste, but it gets me through the morning.

Do you deliver?

Only one ?

I am - on occasion - ok with chocolate in my espresso.... especially when I plan to drop it on top of some good vanilla ice cream.... :)

Ai ai - not another short cut.

I don't see how replacing a meal with caffeine and fat can be good for anyone. There is zero nutrition in bulletproof coffee.

Good, healthy eating combined with well planned training is enough.

The magic bullet that makes you thin, fast and good looking does not exist.

I do know of one substance that is bound to make your life better - sweat. The more the better.

Sweat is your fat crying

Eldron, the BP coffee used properly is just a tool to up your fat intake. I eat little, and consequently not enough fat to get to my target KJ for the day, this is a problem for me, because I do a lot of physical work and walking though the day, and I don't want my body to go into fasting mode.

BP coffee in the morning and then two healthy, nutritious, albeit fatty/oily meals later in the day. Small protein and a plate of green veg salad, or cooked veg.
