hi. it could be a lot of different things.

check your saddle rails on your seat, they tend to click/crack when they get worn out.

check your pedals

make sure your jokey wheels aren't slipping, they can also make noise

make sure bottom bracket is tight and not loose

check for small cracks on frame or on the crank arm

did they service the shock as well? those pivot points also needs to stay greased

hope you get it fix and continue to enjoy cycling without the noise.

Giant anthem x has pressfit bb..very possibly your bb that has a bit of water and dirt. But yes could be seat post or seat rails, crankset or pedals.

Suspension bearings are seized. I have seen it a few times before and not just on the Anthem.

What happens is over time the bearings fill up with dust and water causing the bearing to become locked up. The biggest culprits are the bearings in the lower arm by the crank. Add that to a rear shock that doesn't get pumped regularly and when the suspension gets loaded the now seized bearing gets turned inside the frame. The metal shell of the bearing is pressed into the frame as a "tight" fit when it moves this causes a loud cracking sound.

This situation I describe is serious and must be resolved ASAP. If the bike is left in this state it WILL result in frame failure.

It is simple to check, take out the rear wheel and undo the bolt on the shock connected to the suspension. Move the suspension by hand through it range of motion. If it is notchy and tight feeling it needs help and fast. In some cases it may even "self centralise", if so it's in a seriously bad state.

As an aside, most frame builders will only honour the warranty on their duallie frames if the bearings get replaced according to specific intervals. Make certain of the T's & c's if any from your specific manufacturer. Generally from my experience many owners don't know about this until it's too late and have a broken bike.
