DIPSLICK Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 very sad, cyclists causes staff to be dismissed is the way the " HONEST LAW ABIDDING STAFF" will see it, dont get me wrong great job,,,,,,but cyclist should keep their eyes and ears open, its not like the rest of the staff were not sharing the pot

I find it sad when a company's good name gets tarnished by the actions of a lone employee. Giba is massive, it must be nearly impossible to watch or control everything that goes on in the park. My company had an incident where an employee stole some salvaged goods after a project. He was stopping on the highway and throwing the salvaged bricks into a ditch to collect later. Could we have done anything to stop him? nope.... did we even know? nope... I am not saying that this is the case with Giba, I just think that one cannot link the company to the actions of one employee.
