Getting Bib Short Straps Lengthened?

Does anyone have experience with getting the straps on their bib shorts lengthened, and in particular can anyone recommend a tailor in Johannesburg that could do this?

Did it myself before. Just snipped across the top seam. Used that stretchy white elastic that you put in your pants waist. Sewed on 2 strips.

Granted it doesn't look pretty but worked a charm.

Nah, I'm just tall and skinny and struggle to find a good fit.

I know that feel, bigger bibs have the longer straps but are too big everywhere else.

LOL this why i dont like bibs, after a few hours you get to feel like what "it might" feel like to have cameltoeitis.....
