Well if you haven't already done so, you could try your luck on a Road Accident Fund claim for all the trauma you suffered recently. Might be worth a few ZAR's.
SeanMort Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Normally an attorney that specialises in this type of claim. They would take a percentage of the claim as a fee I think. Some years back my son got T-boned on his motorbike in Edenvale by a Chinese woman and we claimed from RAF. He sustained a slight neck and arm injury, and his 125 was history. It took about a year but we got about R11k back from RAF. You should claim, seriously. Anyone know an attorney ?
