$ 250 per rim vs the normal $ 180 per of their non assymetric offerings... Agreed on pricing though, they're hard to beat. But not impossible. Ask v12.

Ya, no, I beat one as well.

Looks like I'm going for Hope Pro 2 Evo with Easton ARC 27.

Got the Hubs for a great price (the pro 4's are going to be expensive when they get here thanks to the weak Rand).

Easton ARC wheels look the business. Opted for the 27 internal width variant.

32 spoke, 32 hole, whatever... just saying that 28 spoke and your style of riding are not friends.

What happened to the ARCs?

ok thanks.

I can still get them(27's) but no Hope Hubs anymore so there went that idea.

They do have the Heist wheel set (30mm) which uses the same Arc rim with Easton hubs (28h)

I am going to move up to 650B soon.

I am leaning towards Easton ARC 27/30's still can't decide.

What I would like to know is, what spoke length should I buy? I calculated the length on this site for ARC 30's and Hope Pro 2 Evo hubs.

http://www.prowheelbuilder.com/spokelengthcalculator

It calculates the length around 270mm for 3 cross lacing. Does this sound right? Can I trust this calculator and order 64 spokes of this length?

Or should I leave it up to my wheel builder to make the selection?

We have built up a few sets of the Arc 30s. Driveside and non driveside are different lengths. Leave it up to your wheelbuilder. That's what you pay them for.
