Shifting looks good. How does it behave under load? Also, thought about running 36 up front and re-jigging the rest of the cogs? Should give you that top end you wanted without losing climbing gears...

I've only given it the parking lot test ride and all seems good. I'll only be able to give it a real ride next week.
