Now I WILL have to go find something (which I dont need righ now!!) to purchase from them...with such great reviews...i just WANT to go and support them!!

Yip, I bought a handlebar from them, I was having issues getting the payment done (connection kept dropping), they called me and asked whether they can assist with a different method of payment to try and get me sorted, got the package the next day (Bloem is not really CENTRAL when it concerns post).

 

O, and that call was made by them at 18.00.

Ok. Here's one more. The five tens I bought from dial'd bikes had a factory fault. I sent a picture to Andrew, and he immediately sends a courier to come fetch them. This must be the most annoying part for online retailers... Returns always involve courier, and then you have an admin story to deal with again for the replacement.

 

Not once did Andrew even question the situation. Hoping to get my replacement pair this week! (which is a bit cheeky since the pair I sent back probably hasn't even got there yet!)
