They all have their pro's and con's. Like with all gear, bikes and so on, its personal choice... if it works for you that's all that counts hey!

But I must be honest.... the Leatt gear looks epic and very badass! Would love to try it out sometime...

It's never overkill. I routinely ride with mine to make up for my lack of skill.

Its not a lack of skills. Ive seen pics, its called being fearless.

Awesome gift. I have the same helmet. I initially bought it to be used with my downhill bike. But used it with my trail bike a few times too. Then about 3 weeks back i noticed my 2 year old daughter prancing around the house while wearing my trail helmet and i havent seen it since. So now i'm forced to use the full face only. For now...

Its a little heavier and could do with better ventilation but its not meant for stage races is it? and your face will get cooled on the way down since you'll be going super fast [emoji106]

I've actually grown to like it and might just decide to stick with it even when i find out exactly where the munchkin hid my halflid. Theres a slight intensity that comes with decending while wearing one. Makes you a little more focussed and super fun. You hear nothing but your own breath as you race down. The sound of your tyres shredding dirt is bearly noticable underneath the sound of your own constant panting. Then when you hit a big jump and hold your breath... i swear you could almost hear your pulse between your ears.

Okay that was mostly *** praat but still worth entertaining myself. I tend to shout alot when i wear mine. Since i cant hear a single thing anyone says to me. Keep the tradition of 'FFF'strong. Full Face Fridays. And enjoy your bike my bru.
