Whoever did the trail park event at barrington on 21 december. Is it worth the trip from cape town? Please give us a discription, cant find info anywhere and zero response from them. Also looking for the race/event profile. Thanks

I would say this is some of the best or even the best riding I have done.

@ milky, ovenboi gave us the answer we hoped for,Enjoy the ride. @ uxb, thanks for the link but it just shows a completely blank screen, haha, will try again. @ ovenboi, i have a leg injury (itb), cant seem to find a profile for the ride, must go easy, how much climbing is there, injury is getting better so need an easyish outing without excessive climbing, how heavy climbing is there?

Yes, great ride.  Fell my arse off there at the big table-top jumps at the top part of the course.  You can ride single-track whole day long.

There is a few short steep climbs on the trails. Maybe not the best idea if you are recovering from an injury.

Awesome trails and sooo worth it, no matter where you travel from..????

Hi, I did the race on the 21 st. Unfortunately somebody's bike baggie ended up between our stuff. There is a bike computer and some money in it... Front bag, well worn. Somebody from PE was sitting with us, it may be his. Plse PM me if anybody can point me to the owner

We rode the trail on 30th very wet and 4th. For a dirt roadie with no travel on a trek 800 this was an eye opener! Did all the routes in the end and all the passes on the 7 passes road. Even snuck in some top ten strava times on the climbs. No chance on decents.
