Bakkie parked inside of gated and electrified complex in designated parking spot.

Exactly.....basically everyone in the track community know each other. 

Unless it is across the border already in Africa.  Someone is going to have the ride of their lives peddling that uphill and "braking" downhill between villages.

Will definitely be keeping my eyes open, checking all shites and shops all the time. No CCTV and CCID guys say they saw nothing.

If the guy is actually still alive and riding, I'd first give him a high 5 for being able to ride fixed brakeless withouth foot retention and then a massive klap!
