I dropped him so we assume my speed was about 42km/h. According to strava my speed was.....7,8km/h. What!!!! 2nd time for this sector strava has done this so really no miscalc on our side. There are no obstructions to clear gps signal. Any explainations?

There are no obstructions to clear gps signal. Any explainations? Maybe you should test your phone (use Endomondo or other apps) first to see whether it can measure your trip correctly first.
EmptyB Posted January 1, 2015 Posted January 1, 2015 Can't explain certain things on Strava. Â Earlier I rode a flat section of road which Strava shows as " 0.5km's at 28%" gradient....go figure, its flat as a pancake!
