Sold my bike and now doing research for a new one.

Maybe going carbon... But in the meantime I'm considering getting a fat bike to ride ( including) races for the next 3 months... Will I manage? I'm using disk to a day bike... And thinking if getting one of these cheaper Titan fat bikes for those 3 months while I save for my bike..

Whatever. I bought a Spez Fatboy and ride it regularly for training. Amazing bike, does not feel like a fatty at all.

Usually ride a Trek DS 29", but I rotate my rides between my 2 babies.

Oh. and the Spez is an absolute bargain at 12500.

With all the snow we're having its probably a good idea to get a fat bike.

Fatbikes are stupid, makes no sense unless you live in the Sahara desert, and looks stupid even there, coz camels are sooo HOT in the desert right now...

and loose rocks, and sandy stretches, and roots, and beaches, and grassy polls. We have a bit of those...

No you won't win the race, but you will enjoy it.

The moment got away.

Remember, N+1.

There is always room for another bike to make riding more interesting.

No worries :)

You're right, I only have money for one bike, sold my Rocky Vertex yesterday to buy an Anthem on Monday haha!

No second bike for me...(especially not a fatty ;))))

I am looking at the momsen big gun frame set and build it up.

It will be for fun and to tow the little ones half bike around.

N+1 is the magic number, I have a road bike , mtb , and building a road ss.

Only thing is that I have to build a bike room now.

Make sure you know where to get a crank before you go and get a frameset...
