Carlen Posted March 2, 2015 Posted March 2, 2015 Event Name: Fine Breede MTBWhen: 10 April 2015 - 11 April 2015Where: Breede Primary School, Breede River, Western CapeCategory: MTBFine Breede MTB 11 April 2015 Surrounded by magnificent mountains, Breerivier is situated at the origin of the Breede River, halfway between Worcester & Ceres. The farms in the area cultivate fruit and wine grapes, and some well known wineries are situated in the vicinity. The route makes its way through various farms and gradually climbs the foothills of the Mosterdshoek Mountain to offer some spectacular (and well earned!) views of the valley below. 10th year running, this ride is only open to the public once a year, so make sure not to miss it. The long route also formed part of the 2010 ABSA Cape Epic. At the finish line there will be wine sales, live music, a cash bar, food stalls, as well as a potjiekos competition. After the judges have a taste you can buy yourself some of what promises to be really innovative potjies! Spend the weekend in nature, with a variety of accommodation choices available.Go to Event Page

Last year I was dik, helped BrandonF not to DNF, sorry Mads, did not see you and lastly its leading up to G&G. Yes, they will use some of the track for G&G. BF, what bike do you ride now??? Man, you ar a bike gobbler.........

Ja, I remember turning around on that first climb with my chest locking up as I had some freakish flu..only to hear Swartkat,.."hey, née man, kom ry saam met my"!! Lol Anyway, I got a 2015 Giant Anthem X1,..flipping cumfy ride coming off a race setup Hardtail!
