Hi guys

I have a Garmin 920XT Bluetooth watch.  I am also gonna get the stages powermeter.  Then I want to connect to Garmin Fittrack livetracker so that my wife for example kan follow my racing realtime on google maps and also see my cadence, HR etc.

My question is what is the smallest, lighest smartphone that has bluetooth in it.  I need to carry it during the marathon as well so size does matter...

Thank you

I can barely get my wife to come pick me up at the finish

The idea is that she doesn't have to stand in the sun with the babies in PE for 6 hours looking for me!  She can now time things much better.

There is more to it than just a phone with blue tooth. It needs to be Andriod or Apple, not Window ie Nokia operated nor blackberry. The bluetooth needs to be min 4.0 and OS min 4.3 for Andriod. Below are some phones that are compatible. Problem is, if your wife wants to follow on her phone she too needs one of these phones for garmin connect to work on properly so she can track you live.

As far as I know, you also need a Smartphone, not just one with Bluetooth. I use the livetrack and it works quite well as long as there is no service interruption. I have used it on quite long rides too and the battery lasted long enough (iPhone 5), at least over 5 hours.
