Where to get protective stickers

Hi all

I have recently bought a new bike.  Before she gets all chipped by stones and has her paint rubbed off by cables, I thought i would put some protective stickers on the underside of the downtube and bottom bracket and around areas prone to wear and tear.

Where do I get such things?  Want something that sticks properly so I don't end up with stickers half peeling off etc.

Cheers

I bought a metre of protective film and just cut to size. I bought it from maizeys, a supplier of vinyl stickers, etc. They're in Cape Town, though.

I bought a 1m x 300mm roll from a 3M supplier, cost about R300.  Can do a couple of bikes with it.

ditto but went to my local guy who wraps cars, gave me of cut for cheap as chips . Can do whole bike.

Hi Scooter,

CWC also had a set of stickers one upon a time. I have not checked lately.

I think the roll must be a good option because you can cut to size.

I got mine from Grebel here on thehub.

The pre-cut film he provides is used in automotive applications and 1 year on still perfectly sticking to my bike - application is key...

Not sure if he still sells this but worth checking.

Check either Maizey or Falcon, they both have branches country wide, can get a variety of quality products

Further to this, there is also a Maizeys on Main Reef road JHB.
