Non taken, used to forum wind ups.I got busted at my first ever race in Jan (the fast one) with earplugs, so I don't wear them anymore. I got a JBL Clip that I play my vibes on to keep me sane on rides. I also play it in races but try and keep the volume down as it is not everyone's bag. But as I said at Lionman I will be taking in the birds and da bees and the sounds of nature! And of course the series of Track yells from be-after having just seen the route profile - yikes!
