Slick decoys, beggar distracting me, car parking me in. Family went to loo while I stayed in car. Thule bike rack removed and carted off, 3 bikes taken. Bikes were cable locked to each other and the removable part of the rack. All gone in the blink of an eye.Get further details about the incident in the Stolen Bikes section
