The lanes were opened, but still while the green asphalt paint was wet. My R60 Scott bike is now ruined as the frame, crank, pedals, shoes, wheels is fully of hard tar paint. Who can I take this up with?

Who can I take this up with?a rag with thinners .... try a small spot first, but should get the paint off and keep your clear coat safe
