Very prett bike. I have always had a massive soft spot for Look bikes, but not been in the right place to own one just yet!

Good luck with the bike, and getting back on it. Impressive comeback after the bad news on your original thread here.

All the best man:)

Just a word on Look..

I have always been a fan.

In 2009 While in France I saw a Look store and walked away drooling, since then it was a secret dream to own a look before I pass on to cycling heaven..

I was lucky with this old lady ..

A 2015 Look 675 or 695 would be more than a small car..

So for my purposes this 2005 is 100% and every review on the 386i

I've read has been great ..

So now I can enjoy riding living a dream..

Hi Joe, we (old retro bikers) are having a social ride out at the cradle on the 30th. Shortish 40km route with a stop along the way to allow slower riders to catch up and take a group photo. Please see the retro bike thread for details. I will ask EvanB to include you on whatsapp group.

Hi there MTB007

All of the best on your comeback.

Hope to see you and that lovely bike on the road

soon.

Keep up that willingness to ride again.

Cheers

I did my first proper ride in 10 months today 35km at the cradle

The first 15km I hated my hip but once I put the muscle ache into the black box somewhere deep in my mind the rest of the ride I enjoyed..

I need to keep working ... 3 spinning classes didn't really help..

But it was really great to be out with the 100's of other cyclist enjoying the road and bikes..

Cheers,

still nervous as he'll about falling @gain....

but will i will ride ...

In 2003 I had big endo. Crushed 3 vertebrae. For 6 months I was not allowed any exercise then Spinning then road bike and then after a year I was allowed off-road again.

The first few months I was nervous but the more I rode the better I handled the bike. Since then I have been lucky in that none of my offs have been as serious.

Even now I am not the same flat out descender as before
