So far there are only 5 riders that qualify for this competition as they have scored points in the GREEN and POLKA dot jerseys and obviously have a finisher time. I can see this being a category going forward, as it requires you to pick a team capable of scoring points in all categories. Let's see how it plays out.Lots of head scratching will be required when choosing teams.

For now OG's Esteban Chaves is the bolter. only JayB and Snails picked him - so far he has brought in 403 points - which is enough for 8th place just on his own! He should be able to keep the red till stage 7 at least, which has a 2nd cat mountain top finish - but he might just be able to keep up with the GC boys for a bit longer, by which time those two guys will be miles ahead

Frosty Posted August 26, 2015 Author Posted August 26, 2015 An update was made to the scoring - there were no KOM points scored yesterday, so there aren't any points awarded for the Combined category (for the stage). A bit confusing, I have to admit, but all sorted now.
