The points competition is hard work. All that effort for Sagan.

Very hard

People that don't follow it don't know how tough it really is winning that jersey.

Sorry to see Bertie walk away. But he did suffer after those accidents. Hopefully he will ride the Vuelta which passes 40km west of our house! Yeeehaaa :-)

I am sure he will be there.. out of all of the Grand tours the Vuelta is his favourite

And if you believe that attack was unplanned you probably believe in the tooth fairy. I suspect Froom rode that downhill a number of times in the months leading up to this race. Why should he give another rider points anyway?

Because it's for his secondary objective and not his first? Is Majka that good a climber that he could beat Froome one on one? Honestly no Majka is not. He isn't a factor for the polka dot either racing in support of Kreuziger now. So why does Froome need to block him? Please inform me because I can't see a legit sporting reason for it?

As for the attack being unplanned that was obviously bollocks as his bike was set up for such an attack. His timing of it was perfect and it rightly gets the plaudits it received.

That block though leaves a sour taste.

Dumoulin for the stage?

Good move. Hope he can pull it off. The two Movistar guys won't help pull it back. Not sure what they are up to actually. They not waiting for Quintana and at this rate they won't get the win on the day so why spend all the energy to be up the road instead of helping the team leader.
