Equipment for Swim Squads

So I've joined swim squads at the local gym and stuff I need to get are:

Short Flippers/fins, Paddles and a pool buoy.

Any recommendations on places to get them in cape town?

Specifically the fins and paddles, is there anything I should know in terms of comfort/durability etc?

I have no idea about these stuff.

Dont get super large paddles - ones just bigger than your hand will do to start - you dont want a shoulder injury

http://www.finis.co.za sells very nice peddles that small enough todo what they suppose todo and not hurt you
