Actually wearing a mask would muffle a safe word...wouldn't it?

Yeah, so you'd need a safe hand-gesture, depending on how you're otherwise restrained.

This mask will only improve your riding if you leave it on long enough to stop you shovelling food and beer into your mouth.

Go suggest that on the hub's weigh-less thread...

Regarding my previous post; I didn't say that it simulates altitude training, not did I say it improves oxygen intake. I lbs owner has one, and that (my first post) is what he said he experienced.

Anyway...scientists still cant tell us what to eat (each with their own opinion), so how do we know that the "scientifically proven" evidence for the mask is true?

I'm sorry, but this is a load of ***! Just because there is not scientific consensus on one topic that does not mean all topics are still up for debate.

Em...rather not. Those okes have been on diet for two days now. I'm going to steer clear

That's probably best. One or two them seem a tad testy...that cushion is like the scene in the Incredible Hulk, when Bruce Banner's broken Portuguese lets him down, and he tells the baddies who want to thump him: "Believe me, you don't want to see me get hungry!"

A guy came to the Virgin wearing one on the spinning bike. I thought I could make one exactly the same by cutting a bra in two and putting that over my face. But it just made breathing hard and made me look like a tit.

Edit: so I put it on sale.

Would cup size affect the amount of oxygen being restricted?

How does that work? Something to get you out the saddle?

No clue, but according to the advertising bumph, it puts the torque back in your monkey-wrench. Must have something to do with cadence?
