So a short while ago someone wanted to know who to contact in Cape Town to have a disc mount brazed onto a steel frame. I have exactly the same question, but am in PE.

Send the fork to CT..... the alignment needed is tricky to achieve

Thanks, I have a guy from a general engineering company who does work for the company I work for coming tomorrow to look at the bike. If I dont come right I will give them a shout.
