hayleyearth Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Whoop whoop.....60.6kgs this morning... ALMOST going under the 60ties again. I still have loads of body fat though but I'll be patient, and actually need to ride more (was off for 8 days now again).
Amberdrake Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 I'm doing good for most part actually. Weight stabilized a bit now at 117 odd after rough weekend. Xterra done and dusted now I start work and studies with crazy stress and hoping weight stays off TBH. If i can leave the chips and cooldrinks at work ill be fine. Unfortunately this is easier said than done.
jlrscott Posted February 24, 2016 Posted February 24, 2016 Looks like I missed out on this one. I started Jan 2016 jogging and cycling. Just to loose weight. I lost a total of at least 8kg's already this year. I am 1.82m and when I started was 92kg's. Now nearly 2 months later I weigh 83kg's (ok depending on time of day lol) I would say cycling burns the most calories and is also the "easiest" for me. Jogging is really painful still but I am getting better at it. Good luck to all!
