Uhhhhm no what did you not understand about 'very very little' huh

Less than an Ethiopian on diet my friend!

My concern is fuel...if i dont fuel enough i will bomb out...these cadence sessions are hard work and i sweat rivers.

I am thinking Vivek had the right idea...when you need a plumbing problem fixed get a handy man...not... rather get a plumber.

hi my name is Ian...i have an eating disorder...so maybe i should get a dietitian?

No, you really won't.

Sweating is fine - some people sweat more than others. If you put in too much, you're going to gain weight. End van prent.

You know what to do.

Agree with the Captain! I train pretty hard at least I think I do and I manage fine with the little I do eat. I don't eat to train I suppose .......

Why not just give it a try, I mean if you spending thousands on bikes and all these other sessions, then R500 for a visit to the dietitian is small change for something that may  completely change you.

Also agree with others, for training you don't need to take in too much fuel. All my weekday training is done on an empty stomach with only water.

You should also try intermittent fasting, no food from dinner till about 10am the next morning, this method has helped me burn a lot of fat.

Sometimes i wonder if that is not the issue...i train hard then feel i have earned the right to eat the whole cow...could be why i am putting on weight...i have been riding further and longer...but i have also been eating more and the excuse is always...i have earned it.

That's the problem though. You haven't.

That's the type of thinking that got you there in the first place.

Registered with Cadence...self loops account active again...

Weight 111.4 kg...shocking!!!

FTP 228 watt...

rest 50 bpm...

max 186 bpm...

a bit more motivation for you...

On my last t FTP test, I only managed 222w, my w/kg is better so that's my advantage.

So if you get you weight under control, and gain about 10% power through the Cadence classes you will definitely be strong on the bike and a sub4 Amashova this year will become easy.

R750 for a visit and 3 week eating plan...then R400 per visit there after.

Now i know why i enjoy cadence classes...when you feel like giving up...your legs are burning like hell...you feel like your dinner is sitting in your mouth...they need to install a gutter for the river flowing off your body...matt tells you just 6 more sets to go [emoji12] ...first one done and dusted...just to get power adjustment right for better consistency. One step closer.........
