I cant find a thread for this event. Happening this Saturday. Has anyone received seeding yet? Registration starts today. I'll only register on the day but was still wondering if anyone else hasn't received a sms?

Correct. Luckily I entered a while ago. With only 1200 entries available I thought it would sell out before closing date.

Yeah I got that as well. I'm going to register at the venue on Saturday anyway so today doesn't affect me.

According to that sms, you cant register on Saturday anymore it has to be today or tomorrow. Im hoping I read that sms wrong

OR

Epic Sports FRI 22 Jan 10am-4pm.

At the venue, Modderfontein Reserve; SAT  23 Jan from 05:30

It looks like one can collect race numbers on race day but not necessarily purchase one.

So my toppie was in the Melrose area today and he picked up my number. So I got a message from him with my seeding. Otherwise nothing from the organisers.

Collected entry today in Melrose. Seeded in D - take off at 07:15.

This is ridiculous, I do not understand why the organisers can send out an email informing everyone that the venue for number collection has changed, but they cannot send an email with our batching. I also tried SASeeding site, but cannot find the old functionality that provided the batching(might be me that did not look in the correct place). This is really bad from the organisers, the least they can do is send out a batching email on the morning of the number collection.
